Easy Hummus Recipe
Make fresh Hummus at Home! Tastes better than the store bought product

- Pressure Cooker
- Grinder
Ingredients
- 1-2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2-4 pcs Garlic
- 1 tbsp Dhatu Tahini
- 100 g Dhatu Kabuli Chana (chickpea)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Dhatu Sea Salt (as per your taste)
- 1 cup Water (as required)
Instructions
- Take cooked chickpeas and grind it with garlic, tahini, salt, olive oil and water. Add water to get the desired consistency of Hummus. Now scrap the Hummus into a bowl. Add lemon juice and olive oil (optional) on top. Hummus is ready!!
- How to cook Chickpeas? Soak Chickpeas overnight and cook it in a pressure cooker (4-5 whistles).
