Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

India Shipping: We partner with multiple delivery services such as India Post, DTDC, Fedex, VRL and other similar services to deliver your products. You will get intimated through email about the shipping details including tracking number once the products are dispatched. It may take 3 to 5 working days to dispatch your products after receiving your orders.  Please allow additional 3-4 days for the product to reach you. All orders are shipped on all working days. Products are not shipped on government holidays and Sundays. Strikes, weather conditions and other unforeseen events might delay product shipments and delivery. As soon the product is shipped you will get a mail on the same.

 If you happen to miss the delivery (e.g. you are not at home), then your parcel will be with the local delivery service office for three days. You may try to collect it from their office or request them to deliver again at a suitable time.  Please note not all delivery services may do second attempt for delivery.

We take at most care to pack and send your orders very professionally. Still, there might be issues rarely when the courier services don’t do their part. When this happens, please get in touch with our customer service person and we will try to redress the issue best way possible.

We ship throughout India, and for some reason, if your Pincode is blocked for delivery, please contact us to arrange for the delivery.  For refunds and replacements please see the below section.

Shipping Charges: Our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the products ordered. If the value of the order is above Rs 1000 (before taxes) then the delivery is free within India.

International Shipments: We are tied up with the DHL Express for international shipments. It may take 3 to 5 working days to dispatch the international shipments after receiving the orders.  You will get intimated through email about the shipping details including tracking number and estimated time for delivery, once the products are dispatched. They display the delivery charges for the international shipments on the check out page.  There will be no refund or replacement for international orders.

Return and Refund

If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms apply to any products that You purchased with Us.

In any case, if a refund is initiated by us, it will be only for product value. There will be no refund of shipping costs, either for domestic or international shipments.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Dhatu Organics and Naturals Pvt. Ltd., R176, 6th Main, Hebbal Industrial Estate, Mysore 570016.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Dhatu Organics, accessible from dhatuorganics.com
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 3 days giving no reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an Order is 3 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 31 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorates rapidly, or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
