Take cooked chickpeas and grind it with garlic, tahini, salt, olive oil and water. Add water to get the desired consistency of Hummus. Now scrap the Hummus into a bowl. Add lemon juice and olive oil (optional) on top. Hummus is ready!!
How to cook Chickpeas? Soak Chickpeas overnight and cook it in a pressure cooker (4-5 whistles).
