Description
Dhatu Groundnut oil is cold pressed, raw and is not refined. In cold pressed method, peanuts are crushed to force the oil out and does not involve high heat application. This results in the retainment of natural flavour and nutrition of peanuts in the oil. The smoke point of raw groundnut oil is around 160 C, and makes it an ideal choice for medium heat or raw cooking. A tablespoon of groundnut oil contains about 11% RDI of Vitamin E. It is also rich in heart healthy monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFAs) and polyunsatured fatty acids (PUFAs).
