Preparation Instructions:
Dhatu Organics Ragi Porridge Mix: 2-3 tablespoons
– Water or milk (as per preference): 1 cup
– Sweetener (optional): Jaggery, coconut sugar, or honey
Steps:
1. Mix the Porridge Mix: In a small bowl, take the required amount of Ragi Porridge Mix and add a little water or milk. Stir well to make a lump-free paste.
2. Heat the Liquid: In a saucepan, heat 1 cup of water or milk.
3. Cook the Porridge: Gradually add the Ragi paste to the boiling liquid while stirring continuously. This prevents lumps from forming.
