Direction for Use:
Boil 3g to 4g of Dhatu Shatavari powder (or Roots – 1-3 small sticks) for 15 minutes in 300 mL of water. Strain and add sweetener (like Honey or Jaggery) if desired. Drink this decoction throughout the day.
