Easy Hummus

Instructions
  • Take cooked chickpeas and grind it with garlic, tahini, salt, olive oil and water. Add water to get the desired consistency of Hummus. Now scrap the Hummus into a bowl. Add lemon juice and olive oil (optional) on top. Hummus is ready!!
  • How to cook Chickpeas?

    Soak Chickpeas overnight and cook it in a pressure cooker (4-5 whistles).

STEP 01:

Gather all ingredients.

STEP 02:

Blend chickpeas, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, salt, and sesame oil in a food processor.

STEP 03:

Stream reserved chickpea liquid into the mixture as it blends until desired consistency is achieved.

STEP 04:

Serve with pita chips or veggies.
