Description
Cassava flour is whole root flour (also known as Yuca Root) and is naturally gluten free. It is grain free and can be substituted for wheat in recipes (1:1 ratio). Cassava flour is suitable for baking and as a regular cooking flour as well.
It is easily digested when compared to Tapioca flour (starch). Tapioca flour is made from bleached Cassava flour itself which is mainly starch.
