Ingredients:

 Finger Millet Flour

 100 gms

 Black Gram (Urd Dal)

 20 gms

 Fenugreek Seeds

 5 gms

 Ghee

 2 Tbsp

 

Soak black gram and fenugreek for 3 hours. Blend to a fine paste. Mix millet flour and make a batter. Keep this overnight for fermentation. Prepare dosa in a dosa pan apply ghee on top and serve it.

It balances all the doshas.
